We used EC Roofing/Brett for re-roofing. Brett and his team have done an amazing job. They keep everything on track and was great to work with. They are professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. In addition, they clean up after each day. This is the roofer everyone needs. We highly recommend Brett/EC Roofing for re-roofing. p.s. they use 3"x3" drip edge metal on the perimeter of the roof which differentiate them from others who use 2" drip edge. The roof looks great!

Expert Realtor Roof Inspections in Dana Point, CA
When a Dana Point home goes into escrow, the roof condition can make or break the deal. Pelican Roofs SoCal performs realtor roof inspections built for real estate transactions, giving agents, buyers, and sellers a clear picture of what the roof is doing right now. We check decking, flashing, fascia, soffits, eaves, penetrations, and drainage points. We document what we find with photos and plain-language notes your agent can use at the negotiating table. Dana Point's coastal environment adds real wear to roofing materials. Salt air, UV exposure, and Santa Ana wind events all accelerate aging on tiles, underlayment, and flashing. Homes near the harbor and along the bluffs often show this wear before it becomes visible from the street. Our inspection surfaces those issues before they surface in a counteroffer or kill a deal in escrow. If you are buying, selling, or representing a client in Dana Point, contact Pelican Roofs SoCal to schedule your realtor roof inspection.
